Sales and license terms
These terms govern the order and use of BIZDESK supplied by HI TECH STAR.
Product and license
BIZDESK is Windows business-management software. Start, Pro and Business grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the stated number of devices. The lifetime license includes the Windows app and updates with no renewal. BIZDESK Cloud is a separate monthly subscription that can be cancelled from the customer area; access remains available while the subscription is active.
Prices and orders
Prices are in euros. Customers may buy the Windows software once or subscribe to Cloud only with monthly PayPal renewal, according to the options shown. Multiple purchases and license batches are reserved for resellers approved by HI TECH STAR.
Activation and use
The code is linked to the customer and may not be resold, published, altered or used to bypass license checks. Users remain responsible for their data and credentials.
Availability
Maintenance, security work or force majeure may cause temporary interruptions.
Governing law
Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
