Privacy policy
This policy explains how personal data is processed through the website, orders, restricted areas, support and the BIZDESK service.
Data controller

Data we process
We may process identity and company data, contact details, protected credentials, order and payment data, licenses and associated devices, reseller applications, tickets, questions sent to BIZ and technical security information. PayPal processes payment details directly; BIZDESK does not store full card numbers or PayPal passwords.
Purposes and legal bases
- accounts, orders, payments, licenses, downloads, cloud and support: pre-contractual steps and performance of contract;
- tax, accounting and legal obligations;
- account, infrastructure and license protection: legitimate security interests;
- optional measurement or non-essential communications: consent, which may be withdrawn.
Recipients and transfers
Data is available only to authorised persons and providers needed for hosting, domain, email, payment and maintenance. Transfers outside the EEA use a GDPR mechanism where required. See Providers and data.
Retention
Data is retained as long as needed to provide the service and protect accounts. Contractual, tax and accounting records may be retained for statutory periods, normally up to ten years. Disputes, fraud or authority requirements may justify longer retention.
Automated decisions and children
BIZDESK does not make solely automated decisions producing legal effects. The service is intended for professional activities and not for children.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable by emailing software@bizdesk.app. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority.

This policy may change with the service, providers or law. The date above identifies the latest revision.
